    • Collaboratively manages projects and develops practical implementation plans that consider all implications on productivity, policy, culture, infra-structure, and stakeholders.
    • Performs assessments and listens to internal/external customers to understand and anticipate their needs and determine their priorities in the context of the overall enterprise.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Capture, translate and interpret functional requirements into specifications for projects, processes, technology and  documentation
    • Technical Project Management: advise on systems/applications integrations, planning, mapping technology to processes, scope, testing, design reviews, implementation, robust communication in all directions, close out and capturing/leveraging lessons learned
    • Leverage best practices and comprehensive technical knowledge to advise stakeholders in regards to specialized areas of expertise, e.g., PLM, product development related technologies and processes, and support and integration with peripheral systems, such as manufacturing, service, and business systems
    • Recommend opportunities for improved workflow and processes, detailing the process’s strengths – developing supporting business case(s) for technology implementation/configuration, process enhancement, and data applicability/utilization
    • Leadership relative to configuration management, quality management, lean manufacturing and regulatory / compliance strategies, processes, and methodologies
    • Support the implementation process, leading and/or aligning the efforts of the product development environment with strong internal / external partnerships and liaisons
